ON REGISTERING THE SUPPLEMENT TO THE BOND PROGRAM PROSPECTUS OF “STAMINA” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
On 19 November 2025, “STAMINA” Limited Liability Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia an application for registration of a supplement to the program prospectus of nominal, coupon bonds registered by Decision No. 1/248A of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 23 July 2025, as well as all documents required for the registration of the prospectus under the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market” and Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Reports of Reporting Issuers” approved by Decision No. 68N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 11 March 2008.
Based on the foregoing and pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market”,
I D E C I D E:
- To register the supplement to the program prospectus of nominal, coupon bonds submitted by “STAMINA” Limited Liability Company, which was registered by Decision No. 1/248A of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 23 July 2025.
- This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “STAMINA” Limited Liability Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “STAMINA” Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
