ON REGISTERING THE CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “HOME FOR YOUTH” REFINANCING CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

Pursuant to Point “g.1” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 1 of Article 9.2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, Points 133, 146(1), and 171 of Regulation 13 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Decision No. 194-N dated 1 July 2008, and the petition and attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Home for Youth” RCO CJSC on 7 November 2025:

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Kristina Kyaramyan, registered in the position of Chief Accountant of “Home for Youth” RCO CJSC.
2. To register Lilit Dunamalyan in the position of Chief Accountant of “Home for Youth” RCO CJSC.
3. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “Home for Youth” RCO CJSC, or its delivery to the person authorized by “Home for Youth” RCO CJSC in accordance with the established procedure.
