 ON SUSPENDING THE 30-DAY PERIOD FOR EXAMINATION OF THE PETITION ON GRANTING PERMISSION FOR NON-PUBLIC INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT TO “GLOCAL” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 Pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 and Point “g1” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 1 of Article 112 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Investment Funds”, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 51 dated 19 November 2025), and having discussed the petition and attached documents on granting permission for non-public investment fund management to “GLOCAL” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 23 October 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To suspend the 30-day period for examination of the petition on granting permission for non-public investment fund management to “GLOCAL” Closed Joint-Stock Company for the purpose of clarifying certain facts.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “GLOCAL” Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “GLOCAL” Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
