ON SUSPENDING THE 45-DAY PERIOD FOR REGISTRATION OF THE CHANGES TO “ARMENIA SECURITIES EXCHANGE” OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY “RULES ON SECURITIES LISTING AND ADMISSION TO TRADING” AND ON REGISTERING THE AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO “ARMENIA SECURITIES EXCHANGE” OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY “RULES ON TARIFFS”
Pursuant to Point “g1” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 4 of Article 116 and Part 1 of Article 220 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market”, Point 66 of Regulation 5/01 “Registration and Licensing of the Regulated Market Operator, Procedure for Obtaining Prior Consent for Acquisition of Qualifying Holding in the Authorized Capital of the Regulated Market Operator, Procedure, Form and Time Limits for Submission of the Business Plan” approved by Decision No. 17-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 January 2008, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 51 dated 19 November 2025), and having examined the petitions and attached documents submitted by “ARMENIA SECURITIES EXCHANGE” Open Joint-Stock Company on 8 October 2025:

- To suspend the 45-day period for registration of the changes to “ARMENIA SECURITIES EXCHANGE” Open Joint-Stock Company “Rules on Securities Listing and Admission to Trading”.
- To register the amendments and supplements to “ARMENIA SECURITIES EXCHANGE” Open Joint-Stock Company “Rules on Tariffs”.
- This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
