ON REGISTERING “HOMPLEX” BRANCH OF “AMERIABANK” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

Pursuant to Point “g1” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 4 of Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Banks and Banking”, Chapter 6 of Regulation 1 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking Activity” approved by Decision No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 12 April 2005, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 51 dated 19 November 2025) and the petitions and attached documents submitted by “AMERIABANK” Closed Joint-Stock Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 3 November 2025, 11 November 2025, and 14 November 2025,

I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register “HOMPLEX” branch of “AMERIABANK” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
