ON REGISTERING THE SUPPLEMENT TO THE PROGRAM PROSPECTUS OF “NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY” REFINANCING CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 On 11 November 2025, “NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY” Refinancing Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia an application for registration of the supplement to the program prospectus of nominal coupon bonds registered by Decision No. 1/46A of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 12 February 2025, and all documents required for the registration of the prospectus under the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market” and Regulation 4/04 “On Prospectus and Reports of Reporting Issuers” approved by Decision No. 68N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 11 March 2008.

Based on the forgoing and pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market”,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register the supplement to the program prospectus of nominal coupon bonds submitted by “NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY” Refinancing Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company, registered by Decision No. 1/46A of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 12 February 2025.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY” Refinancing Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY” Refinancing Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
