ON REGISTERING THE CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “PREMIUM CREDIT” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 1 of Article 92 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, Point 133, Subpoint 1 of Point 146, and Point 171 of Regulation 13 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, and the petitions and attached documents submitted by “PREMIUM CREDIT” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 26 June 2025, 7 July 2025, and 16 October 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Gayane Zakharyan, registered in the position of Member of the Board of “PREMIUM CREDIT” UCO CJSC.
2. To register Karen Karakhanyan in the position of Member of the Board of “PREMIUM CREDIT” UCO CJSC.
3. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “PREMIUM CREDIT” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “PREMIUM CREDIT” UCO CJSC in accordance with the established procedure.
