ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “C-QUADRAT AMPEGA ASSET MANAGEMENT ARMENIA” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 61 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Investment Funds”, Point 20 of Regulation 10/05 “On Qualification of Managers of Investment Fund Managers and Custodians and of Physical Persons Carrying Out Investment Fund Management and Investment Fund Custody Activities, Their Professional Adequacy Criteria and the List of Professional Qualification Examination Topics” approved by Decision No. 115-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 2 May 2011, taking into account the petitions and attached documents submitted by “C-QUADRAT Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 4 September 2025 and 26 September 2025, as well as the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 45 dated 15 October 2025) and the results of the discussion held at the meeting of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 7 November 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register Gerd Alexander Schutz in the position of Member of the Board of “C-QUADRAT Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “C-QUADRAT Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “C-QUADRAT Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
