ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “EXPORT INSURANCE AGENCY OF ARMENIA” INSURANCE CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Insurance and Insurance Activity”, Subpoint 1 of Point 192 and Point 216 of Regulation 3/01 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Insurance Activity” approved by Decision No. 344-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 30 October 2007, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 50 dated 12 November 2025), and the petition and attached documents submitted by “EXPORT INSURANCE AGENCY OF ARMENIA” Insurance Closed Joint-Stock Company to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 22 October 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Yevgenya Hayriyan, registered in the position of Chief Accountant and Member of the Management Board of “EXPORT INSURANCE AGENCY OF ARMENIA” Insurance Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. To remove from registration Gayane Khachatryan, registered in the position of Head of Internal Audit of “EXPORT INSURANCE AGENCY OF ARMENIA” Insurance Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
