ON PERMITTING THE TERMINATION OF ACTIVITY OF “ROSSIA-1” BRANCH OF “ARMECONOMBANK” OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 8 of Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Banks and Banking”, Chapter 11 of Regulation 1 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking Activity” approved by Decision No. 145N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 12 April 2005, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 50 dated 12 November 2025), and having discussed the petition and attached documents regarding “ARMECONOMBANK” Open Joint-Stock Company submitted on 23 October 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To permit the termination of activity of “ROSSIA-1” Branch of “ARMECONOMBANK” Open Joint-Stock Company.
2. To consider the termination of activity of “ROSSIA-1” Branch of “ARMECONOMBANK” Open Joint-Stock Company registered from the date of submission of the relevant documents defined by the legislation to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
3. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
