ON REGISTERING “STEPANAVAN” BRANCH OF “ARFIN” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 3 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, Chapter 4 of Regulation 13 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 50 dated 12 November 2025), and having discussed the petitions and attached documents regarding “ARFIN” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company submitted on 12 September 2025 and 27 October 2025,

I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register “STEPANAVAN” Branch of “ARFIN” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “ARFIN” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “ARFIN” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
