ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “EQUITI AM” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY (INVESTMENT COMPANY)

Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 221 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market”, Point 20 of Regulation 4/05 “On Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Providers, the Operator, Managers of the Central Depository and Physical Persons Providing Investment Services, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Registration of Managers” approved by Decision No. 15-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 January 2008, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 50 dated 12 November 2025), and having discussed the petition and attached documents regarding “EQUITI AM” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 2 October 2025, 30 October 2025, and 6 November 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register Knar Petrosyan in the position of Chief Accountant of “EQUITI AM” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “EQUITI AM” Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “EQUITI AM” Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
