ON REGISTERING THE SUPPLEMENT TO THE BOND PROGRAM PROSPECTUS OF “FINCA” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

On 28 October 2025, “FINCA” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia an application for the registration of the supplement to the registered nominal coupon bond program prospectus (registered by Decision of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia No. 1/205A dated 18 June 2025), along with all documents required for the registration of the prospectus under the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market” and Regulation 4/04 “On Prospectus and Reports of Reporting Issuers” approved by Decision No. 68N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 11 March 2008.

Based on the foregoing and pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Securities Market”:

I  D E C I D E:

1. To register the supplement to the nominal coupon bond program prospectus submitted by “FINCA” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company (registered by Decision of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia No. 1/205A dated 18 June).
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “FINCA” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “FINCA” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
