 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “PRESS PAY” CJSC PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT ORGANIZATION

 Pursuant to Article 18, Part 4, Point “g¹” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 22 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Payment and Settlement Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”, Point 96 of Regulation 17/01 “On Licensing of Payment and Settlement Organizations, Registration of Branches, Qualification of Management, Testing for Professional Suitability and Registration”, approved by Board Resolution No. 285-N of 25 October 2011 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, taking into consideration the petition and attached documents of “Press Pay” CJSC payment and settlement organization, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 01 October 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Aram Azatyan, who was registered in the position of Executive Director of “Press Pay” CJSC payment and settlement organization.
2. To remove from registration Anahit Mnatsakanyan, who was registered in the position of Chief Accountant of “Press Pay” CJSC payment and settlement organization.
3. This Decision shall enter into force as of the moment the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia recognizes License No. 28 of “Press Pay” CJSC money transfer organization as void.
