ON SUSPENDING THE 30-DAY PERIOD FOR THE REVIEW OF THE PETITION FOR GRANTING PERMISSION FOR NON-PUBLIC INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT TO “ALGOSPHERE ASSET MANAGEMENT” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

 Pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 and Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 1 of Article 112 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Investment Funds”, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 47 dated 29 October 2025), and having discussed the petitions and attached documents regarding the granting of permission for the management of a closed non-public contractual investment fund of “Algosphere Asset Management” Limited Liability Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 13 October 2025 and 22 October 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To suspend the 30-day period for the review of the petition for granting permission for non-public investment fund management to “Algosphere Asset Management” Limited Liability Company for the purpose of clarifying certain facts.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “Algosphere Asset Management” Limited Liability Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “Algosphere Asset Management” Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
