ON REGISTERING THE CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “VELOX” CREDIT UNION LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 1 of Article 92 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, Point 133, Sub-point 1 of Point 146, and Point 171 of Regulation 13 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, and having discussed the petitions and attached documents regarding “VELOX” CU LLC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 23 September 2025 and 13 October 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Garnik Tadevosyan, registered in the position of Executive Director of “VELOX” CU LLC.
2. To remove from registration Denis Zeroyan, registered in the position of Deputy Executive Director.
3. To register Denis Zeroyan in the position of Executive Director of “VELOX” CU LLC.
4. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “VELOX” CU LLC, or its delivery to the person authorized by “VELOX” CU LLC in accordance with the established procedure.
