ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “BYBLOS BANK ARMENIA” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY 

Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Banks and Banking Activity”, Sub-point 1 of Point 201 and Point 226 of Regulation 1 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking Activity” approved by Decision No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 12 April 2005, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 46 dated 22 October 2025), and having discussed the petition and attached documents regarding “BYBLOS BANK ARMENIA” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 13 October 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Telman Gevorgyan, registered in the positions of Head of Internal Observations Body and Person Responsible for the Compliance Function of “BYBLOS BANK ARMENIA” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
