ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “SIL INSURANCE” INSURANCE CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Insurance and Insurance Activity”, Sub-point 1 of Point 192 and Point 216 of Regulation 3/01 “On the Procedure for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Insurance Activity” approved by Decision No. 344-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 30 October 2007, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 46 dated 22 October 2025), and having discussed the petition and attached document regarding “SIL INSURANCE” Insurance Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 3 October 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Hakob Yemishyan, registered in the position of Person Responsible for the Risk Management Function of “SIL INSURANCE” Insurance Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
