 ON SUSPENDING THE 30-DAY PERIOD FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE PETITION FOR GRANTING PERMISSION FOR NON-PUBLIC INVESTMENT FUND MANAGEMENT OF “GENESIS FINANCE” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

 Pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 1 of Article 112 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Investment Funds”, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 45 dated 15 October 2025), and having discussed the petitions and attached documents regarding granting permission for non-public investment fund management to “GENESIS FINANCE” Limited Liability Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 25 August 2025, 12 September 2025 and 26 September 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To suspend the 30-day period for the consideration of the petition for granting permission for non-public investment fund management of “GENESIS FINANCE” Limited Liability Company for the purpose of clarifying certain facts.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “GENESIS FINANCE” Limited Liability Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “GENESIS FINANCE” Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
