 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “EQUITI AM” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY (INVESTMENT COMPANY) 

Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 221 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Securities Market”, Point 20 of Regulation 4/05 “On Qualification of Managers of Investment Service Providers, the Operator, the Central Depository and Natural Persons Providing Investment Services, Criteria for Professional Adequacy and the Procedure for their Registration” approved by Decision No. 15-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 January 2008,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register Karen Sahakyan in the position of Head of Internal Audit of “EQUITI AM” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “EQUITI AM” Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “EQUITI AM” Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
