ON MAKING A CHANGE IN THE REGISTER OF PARTICIPANTS OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ORGANIZATIONS REGISTERED BY THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 7 of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Limited Liability Companies”, and Point 2 of the “Procedure for Maintaining the Register of Participants of Limited Liability Company Organizations Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” approved by Decision No. 206-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 July 2014, and the petition and attached documents submitted by “ECLOF” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company on 30 September 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To make a change in the register of participants of limited liability company organizations registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, due to the change in the shares of participants and the data of participants of “ECLOF” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “ECLOF” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “ECLOF” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
