 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE MADE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “NATIONAL MORTGAGE COMPANY” RCO CJSC

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, and Points 133 and 171 of Regulation 13 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 44 dated 8 October 2025) and the petition and attached documents submitted by “National Mortgage Company” RCO CJSC on 1 October 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register Davit Nahapetyan in the position of a Board Member of “National Mortgage Company” RCO CJSC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “National Mortgage Company” RCO CJSC, or its delivery to the person authorized by “National Mortgage Company” RCO CJSC in accordance with the established procedure.
