ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “MK KREDIT” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, Sub-point 1 of Point 146 and Point 171 of Regulation 13 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Decision No. 194-N dated 1 July 2008, and the petition and attached documents submitted by “MK KREDIT” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company on 15 September 2025:

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Astghik Sargsyan, registered in the position of Executive Director of “MK KREDIT” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “MK KREDIT” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “MK KREDIT” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
