ON GRANTING CONSENT TO THE GENERAL PROVISIONS ON LENDING BY “ASHOT FRANGULYAN” IE PAWNSHOP

 Having examined the general provisions on lending by “Ashot Frangulyan” IE (hereinafter, "the Pawnshop"), as submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 9 September 2025, and pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2, Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Part 4 of Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Pawnshops and Pawnbrokerage”,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To grant consent to the general provisions on lending by “Ashot Frangulyan” IE Pawnshop submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 9 September 2025.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
