 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGES MADE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC

 Pursuant to Point “g1” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 92 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, and Point 133, Sub-point 1 of Point 146, and Point 171 of Regulation 13 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 43 dated 1 October 2025), and the petitions and attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC on 17 July 2025, 22 July 2025, 21 August 2025, 22 September 2025, 23 September 2025, 24 September 2025, and 25 September 2025,

 

I  D E C I D E:

 

  1. To remove from registration Hakob Andreasyan, registered in the position of a Board Member of “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC.
  2. To remove from registration Nikolay Hovhannisyan, registered in the position of a Board Member of “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC.
  3. To remove from registration Styopa Zakinyan, registered in the position of a Board Member of “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC.
  4. To remove from registration Edgar Nahapetyan, registered in the position of the Auditor of “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC.
  5. To register Rafayel Sargsyan in the position of a Board Member of “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC.
  6. To register Bruno Charrier in the position of a Board Member of “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC.
  7. To register Vardan Urutyan in the position of a Board Member of “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC.
  8. To register Ashot Karapetyan in the position of a Board Member of “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC.
  9. To register Harutyun Pakhchanyan in the position of a Board Member of “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC.
  10. To register Aram Babayan in the position of a Board Member of “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC.
  11. To register Bernard de Wit in the position of a Board Member of “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC.
  12. To register Gayane Hayrapetyan in the position of a Board Member of “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC.
  13. To register Sona Ishkhanyan in the position of a Board Member of “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC.
  14. To register Narine Malakyan in the position of the Auditor of “ACBA LEASING” CC CJSC.
  15. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
