ON PERMITTING THE TERMINATION OF ACTIVITIES OF “ARMECONOMBANK” OJSC “DAVIT ANHAGHT” BRANCH

 

Pursuant to Point “g1” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 8 of Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Banks and Banking”, and Chapter 11 of Regulation 1 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking Activity” approved by Decision No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 12 April 2005, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 43 dated 1 October 2025), and the petition and attached documents submitted by “ARMECONOMBANK” OJSC on 22 September 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

  1. To permit the termination of activities of “ARMECONOMBANK” OJSC “DAVIT ANHAGHT” branch.
  2. To consider the termination of activities of “ARMECONOMBANK” OJSC “DAVIT ANHAGHT” branch registered as of the date of submission to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia of the relevant documents defined by the legislation.
  3. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
