ON MAKING A CHANGE IN THE REGISTER OF PARTICIPANTS OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES REGISTERED BY THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 7 of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Limited Liability Companies”, and Point 2 of the Procedure “On Maintaining the Register of Participants of Limited Liability Companies Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” approved by Decision No. 206-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 July 2014, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 43 dated 1 October 2025), and the petition and attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Premium Invest” LLC on 28 August 2025, 10 September 2025, and 26 September 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To make a change in the register of participants of Limited Liability Companies registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, due to the change in the size of the participation of the sole participant in the charter capital of “Premium Invest” LLC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “Premium Invest” LLC, or its delivery to the person authorized by “Premium Invest” LLC in accordance with the established procedure.
