ON REGISTERING THE SUPPLEMENT TO THE BOND PROGRAM PROSPECTUS OF “FAST BANK” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

On 22 September 2025, “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia an application for the registration of a Supplement to the program prospectus of nominal coupon bonds registered by Decision No. 1/249A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 23 July 2025, and all documents required for the registration of the prospectus by the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Securities Market” and Regulation 4/04 “On Prospectus and Reports of Reporting Issuers” approved by Decision No. 68N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 11 March 2008.

Based on the foregoing and pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Securities Market”,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register the Supplement to the program prospectus of nominal coupon bonds registered by Decision No. 1/249A of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 23 July 2025, submitted by “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
