ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE MADE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “ARFIN” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 92 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, and Sub-point 1 of Point 146 and Point 171 of Regulation 13 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, taking into account the petition and attached documents submitted by “ARFIN” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company on 29 September 2025:

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Ruben Melikyan, registered in the position of a Board Member of “ARFIN” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “ARFIN” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “ARFIN” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
