GOVERNOR DECISION

 Granting Consent to the Operation of the Computer Program Provided to “Alexars”, a Limited Liability Company, by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Paragraph 113 of Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007; and

Considering the application which “Alexars”, a Limited Liability Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on July 2, 2025,

 We decide: 

  1. Grant a consent to the operation of the computer program provided to “Alexars” Limited Liability Company (Activity License no. 858/3 for foreign exchange trading; company address: Erebouni Str., Building no. 30, Construction #49, c. Yerevan, Republic of Armenia) by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
  2. Instruct the Information Technology Department of the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Directorate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia to carry out the installment of the respective computer program.
  3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
