ON REGISTERING THE CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “AYO” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 1 of Article 9.2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, Point 133, Sub-point 1 of Point 146, and Point 171 of Regulation 13 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, and the petitions and attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “AYO” UCO CJSC on 20 August 2025, 21 August 2025, 28 August 2025, 8 September 2025, and 17 September 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Anna Karapetyan, registered in the position of Chief Accountant of “AYO” UCO CJSC.
2. To register Vahe Grigoryan in the position of Chief Accountant of “AYO” UCO CJSC.
3. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “AYO” UCO CJSC, or its delivery to the person authorized by “AYO” UCO CJSC in accordance with the established procedure.
