 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGES AND SUPPLEMENTS MADE IN RL 1-011 RULES “ON STATISTICS PUBLISHED IN THE CMVLI SECTOR AND PROVIDED FOR THE INTERNAL USE OF INSURANCE COMPANIES” OF THE ARMENIAN MOTOR INSURERS’ BUREAU

 Pursuant to Point “g1” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and Part 2 of Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Compulsory Insurance of Liability Arising from the Use of Motor Vehicles”, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 42 dated 24 September 2025), and the petitions and attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by the Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau Non-Governmental Organization on 20 August 2025 and 18 September 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

  1. To register the changes and supplements made in RL 1-011 Rules “On Statistics Published in the CMVLI Sector and Provided for the Internal Use of Insurance Companies” of the Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau, approved by Decision No. 5-L of the General Meeting of Members of the Armenian Motor Insurers’ Bureau dated 14 August 2025.
  2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its due notification.
