 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “FINCA” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 92 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, Point 133, Sub-point 1 of Point 146, and Point 171 of Regulation 13 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 42 dated 24 September 2025), and the petitions and attached documents submitted by “FINCA” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company on 26 August 2025, 8 September 2025, and 22 September 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Steven Hass, registered in the position of Executive Director of “FINCA” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. To register Teuta Kotori-Krasniqi in the position of Member of the Board of “FINCA” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “FINCA” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “FINCA” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
