 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF “HOME FOR YOUTH” REFINANCING CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, Points 133, 146, and 171 of Regulation 13 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 42 dated 24 September 2025), and the petition and attached documents submitted by “Home for Youth” Refinancing Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company on 16 September 2025, 

I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Karen Babayan, registered in the position of Member of the Board of “Home for Youth” Refinancing Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. To register Narek Ghazaryan in the position of Member of the Board of “Home for Youth” Refinancing Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “Home for Youth” Refinancing Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “Home for Youth” Refinancing Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
