ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE COMPOSITION OF MANAGERS OF “EXPORT INSURANCE AGENCY OF ARMENIA” ICJSC

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Insurance and Insurance Activity”, Sub-point 1 of Point 192 and Point 216 of Regulation 3/01 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Insurance Field” approved by Decision No. 344-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 30 October 2007, and taking into account the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 41 dated 17 September 2025), the petitions and attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Export Insurance Agency of Armenia” ICJSC on 5 September 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Alexander Khachaturyan, registered in the position of Member of the Board of “Export Insurance Agency of Armenia” ICJSC.
2. To remove from registration Artak Mirzoyan, registered in the position of Executive Director, Chairman of the Directorate of “Export Insurance Agency of Armenia” ICJSC.
3. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
