ON REGISTERING THE SUPPLEMENT TO THE BOND PROGRAM PROSPECTUS OF “ACBA BANK” OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 On 4 September 2025, “ACBA BANK” Open Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia the application for registration of the supplement to the coupon bond program prospectus registered by Decision No. 1/258 A of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 30 July 2025, and all documents required for the registration of the prospectus by the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Securities Market” and Regulation 4/04 “On Prospectus and Reports of Reporting Issuers” approved by Decision No. 68-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 11 March 2008.

Based on the foregoing and pursuant to Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Securities Market”,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register the supplement to the program prospectus submitted by “ACBA BANK” Open Joint-Stock Company, which was registered by Decision No. 1/258 A of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 30 July 2025.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “ACBA BANK” Open Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “ACBA BANK” Open Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
