 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF MANAGERS OF “META-X MARKETS” CJSC

 Pursuant to Point “g1” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Parts 2 and 3 of Article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Insurance and Insurance Activity”, Points 178 and 216 of Regulation 3/01 “On Procedure for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Insurance Activity” approved by Decision No. 344-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 30 October 2007, taking into account the Conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 40 dated 10 September 2025) and the petition and attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “SIL INSURANCE” ICJSC on 19 August 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

  1. To remove from registration Karen Sahakyan, registered in the position of the Head of Internal Audit of “Meta-X Markets” CJSC.
  2. To register Ani Sargsyan in the position of the Head of Internal Audit of “Meta-X Markets” CJSC.
  3. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “Meta-X Markets” CJSC, or its delivery to the person authorized by “Meta-X Markets” CJSC in accordance with the established procedure.
