ON REGISTERING “ARTASHAT” BRANCH OF “CREDIT CONCEPT” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 3 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, Chapter 4 of Regulation 13 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, taking into account the Conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 40 dated 10 September 2025) and the petitions and attached documents submitted by “Credit Concept” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company on 25 August 2025 and 5 September 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register the “ARTASHAT” branch of “Credit Concept” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “Credit Concept” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company, or its delivery to the person authorized by “Credit Concept” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company in accordance with the established procedure.
