 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “CENTRAL DEPOSITORY OF ARMENIA” OJSC

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 221 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Securities Market”, Point 20 of Regulation 4/05 “On Qualification Procedure for Persons Providing Investment Services, the Operator, Management of the Central Depository and Natural Persons Providing Investment Services, Criteria for Professional Suitability of Management and Registration Procedure” approved by Decision No. 15-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 January 2008, taking into account the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 39 dated 3 September 2025) and the petitions and attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Central Depository of Armenia” OJSC on 8 July 2025, 10 July 2025, 31 July 2025 and 22 August 2025:

1. To register Michael Vitalis Samuel Lukac in the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of “Central Depository of Armenia” OJSC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
