 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “FAST BANK” CJSC

 Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Banks and Banking Activity”, Point 226 of Regulation 1 “On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking Activity” approved by Decision No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 12 April 2005, taking into account the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 39 dated 3 September 2025) and the petitions and attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Fast Bank” CJSC on 15 July 2025, 12 August 2025 and 22 August 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register Tigran Mkhitaryan in the position of Member of the Management Board of “Fast Bank” CJSC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
