ON REGISTERING THE “RULES OF OPERATION OF THE UNIFIED SYSTEM OF SECURITIES REGISTRATION AND SETTLEMENT” OF “CENTRAL DEPOSITORY OF ARMENIA” OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 Pursuant to Article 18, Part 4, Point “g¹” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 180, Part 6 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, Point 66 of Regulation 5/02 “Registration and licensing of the Central Depository, procedure for obtaining a prior consent for the acquisition of a qualifying holding in the authorized capital of the Central Depository, procedure for, form of and time limits for submission of the business plan”, approved by Board Resolution No. 14-N of 15 January 2008 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, taking into consideration the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 38 of 27 August 2025), having examined the petitions and attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint-Stock Company on 26 May 2025, 27 June 2025, 23 July 2025, and 22 August 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register the “Rules of Operation of the Unified System of Securities Registration and Settlement” of “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint-Stock Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its entry into “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint-Stock Company or the date of its delivery to the duly authorized person of “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint-Stock Company.
