 ON REGISTERING THE SUPPLEMENT TO THE BOND PROGRAM PROSPECTUS OF “FAST BANK” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

 On 21 August 2025, “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia an application for registration of the supplement to the bond program prospectus of nominal coupon bonds, registered by Decision No. 1/249A of 23 July 2025 of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, and all the documents required for the registration of the prospectus by the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market” and Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Reports of Reporting Issuers”, approved by Board Resolution No. 68-N of 11 March 2008 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.

Based on the foregoing and pursuant to Article 2, Part 3 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and Article 14 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”:

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To register the supplement to the bond program prospectus of nominal coupon bonds, submitted by “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company and registered by Decision No. 1/249A of 23 July 2025 of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its registration for “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company or the date of its delivery to the duly authorized person of “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
