 ON MAKING A CHANGE IN THE REGISTER OF PARTICIPANTS OF ORGANIZATIONS WHICH ARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES REGISTERED BY THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

 Pursuant to Article 18, Part 4, Point “g¹” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 11, Part 7 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Limited Liability Companies”, Point 2 of the “Procedure for Maintaining the Register of Participants of Limited Liability Companies Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, approved by Board Resolution No. 206-N of 15 July 2014 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, taking into consideration the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 38 of 27 August 2025) and the petitions and attached documents submitted by “Wilco” LLC on 12 August 2025, 19 August 2025, and 25 August 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To make a change in the Register of Participants of Limited Liability Companies Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, in connection with the change in the size of the authorized capital.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its signing.
