 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “FINCA” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT STOCK COMPANY

Pursuant to Article 18, Part 4, Point “g¹” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, Point 146, Sub-point 1 and Point 171 of Regulation 13 Regulation 13 “On Procedures of Licensing, Registration, Giving Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Area of Activity of Credit Organizations”, approved by Board Resolution No. 194-N of 1 July 2008 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, taking into consideration the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 38 of 27 August 2025), and the petitions and attached documents submitted by “FINCA” UCO CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 15 August 2025 and 19 August 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Richard Marney, who was registered in the position of Member of the Board of “FINCA” UCO
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its registration for “FINCA” UCO CJSC or the date of its delivery to the person authorized by “FINCA” UCO CJSC in the prescribed manner.
