 ON REGISTERING THE CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “EQUITI AM” CLOSED JOINT STOCK COMPANY (INVESTMENT COMPANY)

 Pursuant to Article 18, Part 4, Point “g¹” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 221, Part 2 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, Point 20 and Sub-point 1 of Point 26 of Regulation 4/05 “On the Procedure for Qualification of Managers of Persons Providing Investment Services, the Operator, the Central Depository, and Physical Persons Providing Investment Services; Criteria for Professional Suitability of Managers and the Procedure for Registration”, approved by Board Resolution No. 15-N of 15 January 2008 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, taking into consideration the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 38 of 27 August 2025) and the petition and attached documents submitted by “Equiti AM” CJSC to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 12 August 2025,

 I  D E C I D E: 

1. To remove from registration Gayane Hovhannisyan, who was registered in the position of Chief Accountant of “Equiti AM” CJSC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its registration for “Equiti AM” CJSC or the date of its delivery to the person authorized by “Equiti AM” CJSC in the prescribed manner.
