ON REGISTERING THE CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “AMUNDI-ACBA ASSET MANAGEMENT” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

Pursuant to Article 18, part 4, clause “g1” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, point 3 of part 1 of Article 61 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”, clause 20 of Regulation 10/05 “Qualification of Managers of Investment Fund Managers and Custodians, and of Individuals Carrying out Investment Fund Management Activities and Custodian Activities of Investment Funds, Criteria of Their Professional Suitability and the List of Topics for Professional Qualification Testing”, approved by Decision No. 115-N of 02 May 2011 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, taking into consideration the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 37 of 20 August 2025) and discussing the petitions and attached documents of “Amundi-ACBA Asset Management” CJSC dated 10 June 2025, 07 July 2025 and 31 July 2025,

I d e c i d e:

  1. To remove from registration Misak Isajanyan, who was registered as Chief Accountant of “Amundi-ACBA Asset Management” CJSC.
  2. To register Ariana Pharmazyan as Chief Accountant of “Amundi-ACBA Asset Management” CJSC.
  3. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of signing.
