ON REGISTERING THE SUPPLEMENT TO THE PROGRAM PROSPECTUS OF “AMERIABANK” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY BONDS

On 12 August 2025, “Ameriabank” CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia an application for the registration of the supplement to the program prospectus of coupon bonds registered under Decision No. 1/60A of 26 February 2025 of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, together with all documents required for registration of a prospectus under the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market” and Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Reports of Reporting Issuers”, approved by Decision No. 68N of 11 March 2008 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
Taking into account the above and pursuant to Article 2, part 3 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and Article 14 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”,

I d e c i d e:

1. To register the supplement to the program prospectus registered under Decision No. 1/60A of 26 February 2025 of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, as submitted by “Ameriabank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its registration for “Ameriabank” Closed Joint-Stock Company or the date of its delivery to the duly authorized person of “Ameriabank” Closed Joint-Stock Company, in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
