ON GRANTING CONSENT TO “TITAN-93” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY FOR THE OPERATION OF THE COMPUTER PROGRAM PROVIDED BY THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF  ARMENIA

Pursuant to Article 18, part 4, clause “g1” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, clause 113 of Regulation 10 “On Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations”, approved by Decision No. 138-N of 15 May 2007 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, and taking into consideration the application dated 13 August 2025 submitted by “TITAN-93” Limited Liability Company,

I d e c i d e:

  1. To grant consent to “TITAN-93” Limited Liability Company (foreign currency purchase and sale licence No. 859/2, address: RA, Armavir marz, Vagharshapat, 15 Baghramyan Street, shop) for the operation of the computer program provided by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
  2. To instruct the Information Technology Department of the Directorate of Information Technology and Cybersecurity of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia to perform the installation of the respective program.
  3. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of signing.
