ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “FINCA” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

Pursuant to Article 18, part 4, clause “g1” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, sub-clause 1 of clause 146 and clause 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Issuance of Consents and Permissions, Assessment of Professional Suitability and Qualification in the Field of Credit Organization Activities”, approved by Decision No. 194-N of 1 July 2008 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, taking into consideration the petition of “FINCA” UCO CJSC dated 28 July 2025 together with the attached documents,

I d e c i d e:

  1. To remove from registration Khachatur Tsokolakyan, who was registered as an reviewer of “FINCA” UCO CJSC.
  2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its registration for “FINCA” UCO CJSC or the date of its delivery to the duly authorized person of “FINCA” UCO CJSC, in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
