ON REGISTERING THE CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “GLOBAL CREDIT” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY

Pursuant to Article 18, part 4, clause “g1” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 92, part 1 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, clauses 133, 146 and 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Issuance of Consents and Permissions, Assessment of Professional Suitability and Qualification in the Field of Credit Organization Activities”, approved by Decision No. 194-N of 1 July 2008 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, and taking into consideration the petitions and attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Global Credit” UCO CJSC on 07 July 2025 and 28 July 2025,

I d e c i d e:

  1. To remove from registration Luiza Igraryan, who was registered as a Member of the Board of “Global Credit” UCO CJSC.
  2. To register Samvel Margaryan as a Member of the Board of “Global Credit” UCO CJSC.
  3. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its registration for “Global Credit” UCO CJSC or the date of its delivery to the duly authorized person of “Global Credit” UCO CJSC, in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
